Navjot focuses on providing analytical, data, and information management expertise, working alongside the Advisory team to ensure client services are delivered efficiently and accurately. She contributes across client engagements and internal operations, as well as immigration-specific matters, bringing structure to complex details and processes.
With comprehensive experience in an analytical capacity across a range of industries, including finance, insurance and AI, as well as diverse settings spanning public, private, academic, non-governmental, and international, Navjot brings a versatile perspective and cross-cultural approach. Her ability to distill factual elements to their core supports Helm’s Advisors in providing clients with precise guidance. She is skilled in organizing, assessing, and structuring multi-dimensional information, managing data and reporting, as well as streamlining workflows and delivering systems-oriented solutions that advance operational priorities.
Navjot holds degrees from the University of Zürich and the University of British Columbia. A native English speaker, she also has a working knowledge of French and German, spoken ability in Punjabi, and is pursuing a working proficiency in the BCMS languages (Bosnian–Croatian–Montenegrin–Serbian).
